Mahesh founded Connvertex Technologies way back in 2008 with a vision to create an expert team of IT consultants skilled at delivering innovative IT solutions. Backed by more than 18 years of experience in Result Oriented Technology, Mahesh is a leader who can lead business transformations through innovative technology solutions combined with a great deal of initiative and enthusiasm. It is his leadership that helped transform a 2 member company into a global establishment.

As the CEO, Mahesh has been providing strategic direction, mentoring and consultation in achieving the short term and long-term goals of the company. With his forte in managing client-relationships and designing new services and solutions, Mahesh has been able to define & implement innovative IT solutions, contributing to improved and seamless governance in US, UK, Germany & Australia.

Prior to heading Connvertex, Mahesh has served as the Lead Solutions Architect at the Utah Department of Workforce Services. He is closely affiliated with the Utah Technology Council, North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA) and WTC. Between leading the company, Mahesh has been actively involved in promoting the cultural values and diversities of India.
