With over 10 years of experience working in various interactive sectors of the IT Industry, Sarika is a person to lead by examples. Her rich expertise in operations and management has catalyzed the successful design and development of various IT related services at Connvertex. As the Cofounder and President, Sarika has been fostering her business development and vendor management skills for the progressive growth of the company.

Sarika works as an integral part of the company’s immigration and banking workflows, legal and compliance, HR operations and overall management of day-to-day business operations. Her able leadership and skills in building rewarding public relations has helped the company prosper on both professional and social fronts.

Prior to co-founding Connvertex, Sarika was working with DTS State of Utah as Subject Matter Expert. A working mother of two smart boys, Sarika maintains a perfect balance between her professional and personal life and makes sure to enjoy the charm of motherhood whenever she can!
